  3. To prepare the dough, combine flour and semolina, add salted eggs, pour in oil, add water in portions, mix until a cool dough is obtained. Wrap with a film, put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  4. Sprinkle the table with a small amount of flour, roll out a thin layer from the dough, cut the circles with a suitable mold (about 6-7 cm each). Put a small amount of filling on each circle, fold in half, pinch the edges very well. Transfer to a cutting board, let dry for about half an hour.
  5. Bring salted water to a boil, put dumplings, wait until they come up, catch on a dish, put small pieces of butter on top.
