  2. Cover the dough with cling film and leave to rest for 30 minutes. This will increase the elasticity of the product.
  3. The second stage of work is the preparation of the filling. Onions are finely cut or passed through a meat grinder, salted, pepper and added to the minced meat. Water flows in and everything is thoroughly mixed until smooth.
  4. The finished dough needs to be kneading again and halved, thinly rolled out each of the two parts. Lay out the filling, spreading over the surface. Wrap everything in a roll and cut into pieces of 3-4 cm.
  5. Fry onion and grated carrots with the addition of tomato paste, about 10 minutes.
  6. Place dumplings in the form, then onions with carrots, pour a little water. Salt, pepper, season with bay leaf.
  7. Cover with foil and bake at 190 degrees 40 minutes.

This option is semi-finished, probably the most delicious. Fried, they have a rich aroma and a delicious crust. Recipes can be very diverse. I propose to make them in combination with omelet and cheese.

IMPORTANT! To make the dumplings juicy and retain their shape, you do not need to defrost them in advance. You can get it out of the freezer and cook right away.
  1. We start by frying the semi-finished products. Lubricate the mold with butter and send to the oven for 20 minutes.
